Immediately south of Bellevue Square is the 20 acre Downtown Bellevue Park where you'll find picnic tables, a promenade and a popular children's play area. And, the park hosts many community events through the year including Bellevue's Fourth of July celebration.
Seattle is just a few miles away across the Evergreen Point Floating Bridge (520), and there's convenient access to the 405 for trips up and down the east side of Lake Washington. SO, you're central to downtown Bellevue, but you're close to everything.
